Finisher / Detailer

The ideal candidate for this role will perform a range of duties. Fabrication indoor and outdoor, you will perform diligent work to make sure our product is exactly as the customers ordered it.

Responsibilities

• Performing Repairs or Changes to products based on production drawings or quality standards.
• Reading production drawings and use a tape to measure accurately and precisely.
• Recognizing whether the product meets quality standards.
• Hammer out concrete/precast-ready molds. (Intense, repetitive, heavy labor work)
• Assist different departments. Including but not limited:
• Build rebar cages according to drawings provided - tools supplied by the company
• Unload and stack prefabricated steel so that it can be lifted with slings.
• Experience using rebar fabrication machinery a plus, but not required

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to lift to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day
