The Role Cleaners are responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the shipyard, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Key duties will include cleaning tanks, confined spaces, bilges pressure washing components, and response to landside spills.
The position should require a strong commitment to safety and hygiene standards, as well as the ability to work in various weather conditions. The position requires extensive walking, maneuvering steps, ladders and climbing as necessary. A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety in the shipyard is essential, along with the ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.

Must Have Must be able to perform kneeling, squatting, crawling, bending, stooping, and climbing on a daily basis.
Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds.
Must be able to perform overhead work.
Must be able to be clean shaven to wear a respirator.
Must be able to perform work outdoors, year- round, in all weather conditions.
Must be able to work at extreme heights.
Must be able to work in small, tight, confined spaces.
Must be able to work any shift to accommodate production needs.
