The Business Intelligence Analyst III is responsible for leading efforts in data analytics, data collection, reporting, and data visualizations. The Business Intelligence Analyst III will ensure that the use of business intelligence applications enhances business decision-making capabilities. Along with this, the Business Intelligence Analyst III is seen as a peer leader on the team Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Responsible for data analytics, data collection, reporting and data visualizations of key business objective + Transforms data into insights that drive business value + Develops Solutions to business problems found through data analytics + Operationalizes data workflows and modeling. + Deploys data to a data warehouse + Leads the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence application + Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems as well as ensures that the use of business intelligence applications enhances business decision-making capabilities + Reports, analyzes, and distributes key reports on weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis + Ability to liaison between business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders + Ensures integrity of Data Collection and Utilization + Leads Automation of reporting creation through power query, windows tasks , Macros, SQL agent jobs, data refresh schedules + Develops in-depth understanding of business processes and how technologies can enable the processes + Works with stakeholders to develop specific, repeatable definitions of metrics. + Leads team members to adhere to established best practices, standards, and quality + Acts as a positive influence and role model on the team, contributes to team morale and success + Provides data requests through ad-hoc queries + Provides support and guidance to end users + Informs key stakeholders of potential issues related to errors and trends + Provides great customer service to our business partners + Performs other duties as assigned/necessary Minimum Requirements: + Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business, mathematics, economics, statistics, management, accounting or in a related field or equivalent experience required + 2+ years' experience in the IT + Advanced working knowledge of Power BI (Create Visualizations, Knowledge of DAX Language, ability to Model Data, etc.) + Relational database skills using SQL Server + TSQL Programming experience required + Advanced knowledge of Excel (Power Query, Macros, Automation of reporting) + Capable of learning new technology in a fast paced environment. + Ability to analyze system and process related issues and offer solutions + Strong customer service and communication skills required + Must be able to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a strong attention to detail + Advanced computer proficiency required and proficiency in Windows XP Professional, Microsoft + Office suite software programs, internet usage, and learning program design systems and software + Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language may be required At Amergis, we firmly believe thatour employees are the heartbeat of our organization and we are happy to offerthe following benefits: Medical/Prescription,Dental, Vision, Health Advocacy (company paid if enrolled Medical), HealthAdvocate Employee Assistance Program, Health Savings Account , 401(k), 401(k)Company Match, Profit Sharing, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, PrimaryCaregiver Leave, Parental Leave, Life and Basic Accidental Death andDismemberment Insurance, Voluntary Life and Accidental Death and DismembermentInsurance, Hospital Expense Protection Plan, Critical Illness Insurance,Accident Insurance, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, Home and AutoInsurance, Pet Insurance, MilkStork, Transportation Benefit, EducationalAssistance Program, College Partnership Program, Paid Time Off/Company Holidays *Benefit eligibility is dependent onemployment status.
