Bookkeeper (Admin Assistant)
We are hiring a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support a US-based business with day-to-day bookkeeping, monthly close activities, and light operational support. This role is ideal for someone reliable, process-driven, and comfortable juggling accounting and admin tasks in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records using Xero
- Handle Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Assist with monthly close activities
- Manage and update spreadsheets (tracking, reconciliations, reporting)
- Provide admin support (hotel and flight bookings, basic coordination tasks)
- Assist with customer experience tickets and follow-ups
- Support basic CRM tasks in HubSpot (updating records, notes, pipelines)
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Bookkeeper with US clients
- Hands-on experience with Xero and spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
- Proven experience with AR/AP and month-end close
- Comfortable handling admin and operational tasks alongside bookkeeping
- Some working knowledge of HubSpot
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Reliable home setup and ability to work consistently during US business hours
