Bookkeeper (Admin Assistant)

We are hiring a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support a US-based business with day-to-day bookkeeping, monthly close activities, and light operational support. This role is ideal for someone reliable, process-driven, and comfortable juggling accounting and admin tasks in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records using Xero
  • Handle Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
  • Assist with monthly close activities
  • Manage and update spreadsheets (tracking, reconciliations, reporting)
  • Provide admin support (hotel and flight bookings, basic coordination tasks)
  • Assist with customer experience tickets and follow-ups
  • Support basic CRM tasks in HubSpot (updating records, notes, pipelines)

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Bookkeeper with US clients
  • Hands-on experience with Xero and spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
  • Proven experience with AR/AP and month-end close
  • Comfortable handling admin and operational tasks alongside bookkeeping
  • Some working knowledge of HubSpot
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Reliable home setup and ability to work consistently during US business hours
