Job Description

Now Offering: $5,000 Sign On Bonus!

Bring your craft to a high-volume, well-equipped collision center where quality work is respected and rewarded. Expect steady workflow, OEM standards, modern equipment, and a leadership team that understands cycle time, touch time, and doing the job right the first time.

What you’ll do

· Complete collision repairs per estimate and to OEM/manufacturer standards with a quality-first mindset.

· Inspect and verify parts against the repair plan; flag discrepancies and help ensure correct parts are on hand.

· Prep vehicles for repair, including teardown and reassembly as needed.

· Document supplemental damage and request additional parts/labor so repairs are complete and accurate.

· Communicate early if anything may impact quality or promise time; partner with Estimators and Production on solutions.

· Collaborate with painters, estimators, and fellow techs to keep repairs flowing and customers delighted.

· Demonstrate professional, safety-focused behavior in every customer, teammate, and vendor interaction.

What you’ll bring

· 2+ years as a collision/body technician; structural/frame experience preferred.

· Working knowledge of repair vs. replace decisions and all phases of collision repair.

· Ability to read repair orders/estimates and follow OEM procedures.

· Valid driver’s license and a strong safety record.

· I‑CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus; collision trade school certificate also a plus.

What we offer

· Competitive pay (A/B Tech flat rate) with steady flag-hour opportunities.

· Healthcare, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.

· Paid time off & holidays.

· Modern equipment & OEM-aligned processes.

· Career growth: Training toward I‑CAR/ASE, team lead, and advanced structural paths.

· $5,000 Sign-on bonus with retention milestones.

How we work

We set clear repair plans, communicate early, and help each other finish jobs to standard. If you take pride in clean welds, tight panel gaps, and low comebacks—and you like a shop that backs you with parts accuracy and production support—you’ll fit right in.
