We are looking for an **Associate Legal Specialist (Legal Operations)** to join our Legal team in Chicago, Illinois. As the **Associate Operations Specialist (Legal Operations),** reporting to the VP & Chief Counsel, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting the development of our evolving Legal Operations function. This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to foundational initiatives that enhance efficiency, consistency, and process improvement across our legal operations. **What you'll do in this role:** + Manage Legal Tracker for matter creation, vendor onboarding, budgeting, and invoice processing. + Coordinate with external legal service providers and vendors to ensure compliance with billing guidelines and deliver cost-effective services. + Assist with annual budget preparation and ongoing financial reporting for the Legal & Government Affairs function. + Build and maintain dashboards and tracking reports to monitor KPIs and support data-driven decision-making. + Aggregate and analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. + Support implementation of new tools, processes, and workflows to enhance efficiency within the legal department. + Develop templates and internal guidelines to standardize practices and improve consistency. **Position Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years experience or Associate's degree with 2+ years experience in contracts administration, financial analysis, budgeting, or legal operations + Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Forms, Word, PowerPoint, and Power Automate; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or legal tech platforms such as Legal Tracker + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. + Effective communication and interpersonal skills. You will typically be in the office Monday - Wednesday and remotely Thursdays and Fridays. \#LI-MH1 \#LI-ASSOCIATE \#LI-HYBRID **Compensation:** Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000 _The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.
