Description Schedule is: Monday-Friday 8a-4p. Hourly rate starting at $22 Essential Duties And Responsibilities - Greet and assist visitors and employees in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, invoices, checks and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Schedule and prepare for conference room bookings
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
- Support HR, finance, and other departments with administrative tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception, conference room, and kitchen area
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Exercise sound judgment in decision-making and proactively seeks guidance when faced with complex or unfamiliar situations
- Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations
Qualifications And Requirements - Maintenance of an acceptable CORI and fingerprinting
- Valid Driver’s license
- Negative drug screen
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE - High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
OTHER SKILLS And ABILITIES - Excellent, written, verbal, organizational skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
EQUIPMENT/MACHINES USED IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THIS JOB - The incumbent must maintain skills necessary to safely and efficiently operate office equipment and machines used in the performance of this job
